Ranma sat on a train looking out of the window. This was the first time he was out of Nerima in two years. It all started when he received a letter from his mother... Well actually he had to snatch his letter because Genma was attempting to burn it. Ranma didn't know why his mother was telling him to go over there. But since it was his mom he decided he should go.

Nodoka sighed as she sipped tea in her small home. "I hope Ranma got that letter. After what I've found out of how that bastard husband of mine has been treating him. I'm sure Ranma will be better off going by my maiden name of..."
