"AND YOU CAN FLY YOU MORON!" Ukyou called out after her.
Ranma smacked her head as bat wings unfolded from her back, somehow not tearing the fabric of her uniform, and she took the air.
There was a community understanding about Ranma. She was a succubus, she needed sex to survive and keeping to one partner would eventually be dangerous to that partner. As such, Ranma had a small collection of partners that were willing to spend time with her in bed. Which was fortunate considering Ranma's appetites.
What was more, and better, she was actually something of a friend to all of them. There was more than just sex involved with these people. She talked to them, shopped, went to movies. She was practically married to them all.
So, Nerima knew about Ranma and, more than just accepting it as necessary for, they accepted her. Though the neighbors were very prone to making a number of loaded remarks that would bring a flush to Ranma's face without fail. Ranma may have been a succubus with a gluttonous appetite, but she was still very easy to embarrass.
She was red-faced even now, and out of breath, as she walked into te banquet hall and quietly headed for her seat.
"Been eating, Saotome?" the officer next to her asked, noting Ranma's state.
Ranma turned and immaturely stuck her tongue out at the man as her wings folded back into her body.
"I was almost late, Kumon," Ranma said tartly. "I had to fly here."
"That's what I meant," Kumon agreed, smirking. "So, who was it, Chinese couple. The housewife?"
Ranma's flush started to deepen as the questions continued until...
"...Officer Ranma Saotome for..."
