"Okay," Britanny said. "I suppose now would be the best time to get out of the car." Ranma nodded and proceeded to open the door walking calmly to the back of the Ginamobile.
"Pop the trunk please," Ranma suggested as Britanny was about to make a mad dash.
"Are you crazy, kid?!" Britanny asked, nevertheless popping the trunk. Ranma reached in and pulled out a mass of wires connected to a couple of sticks of dynamite. After looking it over for a brief moment she sighed and shook her head.
"Ranma, get rid of it!" Britanny called out, getting out of the car to snatch the bomb from Ranma's hands just as the alarm clock went off. "Huh?"
"What's that?" Charlotte asked, looking at the ringing alarm clock.
"May I have it back please, Diggers-san," Ranma asked.
"Sure," Britanny said, looking confused. She handed it too Ranma who pointed to device the bomber had meant to set off the device.
"There are no batteries," Ranma said simply. "These wires are actually very fine plastic cables. There are no blasting caps. These aren't dynamite, they're road flares. I suppose this is someone's idea of a joke?"
"Weren't you saying before how your mother pulled you out of school after middle school?" Britanny asked.
"Yes," Ranma said.
"How do you know about bombs then?" Britanny demanded.
"I read books," Ranma said.
"Okay," Britanny said. It looked like they'd been saddled with another superbrain. "Well, let's get on to Penny's then, that must have been Brianna's idea." ****
"We don't work for Talon anymore," Daishi reminded Zelda. "So stop trying to kill the customers until we have a reason to."
"Got it, got it," Zelda complained bitterly.
"Aren't you going to go warn the Diggers?" Ionis asked. Daishi looked at him. "Oh right, ZELDA made a 'bomb' I forgot."
"What is that sound?"
"Oh, Ace must be visiting."
"Yeah, built when I was sure you were coming," Penny said.
"She can fight?" Britanny asked.
