Fortunately, as they had earlier, the two targets were used to being hit with massive power attacks. Happosai had twisted out of the previous launching due to vast experience in such things, whereas Mousse had been toughened up nicely by being beaten on by Saotome and Shampoo on a regular basis.
BLAM!
Happosai's scream ended as he went briefly outside the air envelope surrounding his native planet, only to end up landing in some ruins on the moon.
Mousse re-entered atmosphere but had the presence of mind to pull a large wok out of his sleeve and use it as a heat shield before he impacted around the center of this large piece of ice known as Greenland.
"Now, where were we?" asked Vegita.
"The island of Piku-Piku," said Mercury.
"As I stated, the military and police are in desperate need of overhaul," said Vegita. "Yet it is also not proper that the new and glorious kingdom of New Vegita be filled with starving people."
"Ah," said Mercury, seeing the point. After all, if he was their new dictator - it was a point of pride that his people be a strong healthy people.
Vegita hmphed. If he was to be ruling over a bunch of humans, he wanted them to be able to kick serious buttocks of their fellow humans at least.
Piku Piku was not something that most of the UN would give two farthings about. Roughly 3000 people on an island between Australia and China. It was settled originally by Polynesians from the now-vanished civilization of Tiki-tiki. It boasted a single mountain, a single lagoon, and had zilch in the way of natural resources that someone might want to take it over for. No political stand, no strategic value, primitive conditions, even the scenery wasn't worth much. They produced barely enough food to cover their own needs.
Since WWII it had been a puppet dictatorship of the Chinese government, but even the Chinese saw no point in wasting resources on this flyspeck island.
When the old dictator had been ousted and the new dictator took office, this generated darn little reaction amongst the locals. The biggest reaction had been from an elder who'd hoped the new guy would at least get the water treatment plant working properly again.
That the new guy could fly wasn't of any concern.
