The water treatment plant had been plagued by graft, corruption, substandard materials, and other problems.
Sailor Uranus was still having trouble sitting down, but that wasn't really necessary to get the generator at the water treatment plant working. Sailor Mercury went through, noted all the problems with it, and quickly summed up that everything except the concrete walls would eventually have to be replaced.
Sailor Moon conferred with Sailor Pluto and Sailor Neptune and quickly was finding that the position of Queen/Princess/Absolute Ruler involved a lot more than parties and sitting in a throne. The thing that was REALLY concerning to her was none of these though.
It was Luna suddenly becoming very enthusiastic about the whole thing. Not because she was intimidated by Vegita, of course. It was because she saw Usagi getting overwhelmed with the details and finding out how many problems there were to deal with that heartened Luna and fired up her enthusiasm. She'd told Usagi repeatedly about things that were apparently only now sinking home. Best to learn some of this now.
Artemis was not quite so enthusiastic, but was proving his own value. As an advisor, some of his own fields of expertise were now valuable and he could point out any number of problems and potential solutions. It was unfamiliar ground after so long, but he was warming to the task.
Minako was perhaps the most shaken. She'd lived in London and in Tokyo, and had not spent as much time "roughing it" as she might have. Seeing the deplorable conditions most of the natives lived under, this brought home how fortunate her own life had been.
There had been attempts at humanitarian aid, of course. For every dollar given, less than a penny actually made it anywhere near the poorest of the poor.
Vegita listened to the various Senshi, including his fiancee, and would take certain individuals and escort them off his island. There was new management and little concern about what foreign powers would make of the events.
At one point, another problem quickly made its presence known.
