Setsuna's Fault/Hotaru's Sensei: Making Connections [Episode 118168]

Despite being a rather sweet girl, Hotaru had never been able to really make friends. What with her powers, and the fact that she was not a very extroverted person, she had never been able to connect with others. It wasn't because she didn't want to, but rather, it was due to the fact that she had never found anyone able to get past the reputation, and get to the girl. The other Senshi had, but they were different, and fully accepted her, though she did realise that they were able to have friends outside of their group.

So, to a girl who'd always wanted to have friends, this was not a bad thing at all.

Smiling shyly, she blushed and asked, "Would she be like a big sister?"

"Complete with worrying over what you eat," Ranma said with a smile. "She'll be your friend, and not care about any stories or strangeness."

"I'd like to be her friend too..."

"That's the girl I know."

Hotaru ducked her head, but her eyes glittered with pleasure at the implied compliment. She knew that she could have been worried at the idea that someone was both making artificial beings that could stand with Senshi and knew who Sailor Saturn really was, but at the moment she was too happy with the idea that she was getting a friend.
