Genius at genetics, yes. He'd spent considerable time exploring various possibilities with that, but to really flout the Japanese "pure heritage" concept he hadn't found a way to get across the problems there.
Then he'd turned to magic. A number of accomplishments there, though he kept those hidden. Still, nothing that would quite do for his vengeance against racial purity.
It was when he'd heard of Jusenkyo that he'd made his breakthrough. With several victims in the Nerima area, he had finagled some time off and gone to visit Jusenkyo and then trace Jusendo back.
Finally he'd tracked down two stores. A place called Spells R Us and a store called Furries 4 U. By means of some bribery and using third party go-betweens, he'd gotten useful information and samples.
The result had been sufficient to create a fusion. A magical disease that would forever alter Japanese purity to a completely different standard.
However, he had not wanted to be affected himself - shedding among other things - so he made the virus one that would only affect the female.
The first stage would last three or four days at most, where the virus quietly set up shop in the host's body. Minor sniffles and headache only. The virus was communicable only in the second stage, sniffles, sneezing, coughing, and the like. After two days of this, the host would feel ravenous and tired.
Third stage would occur while asleep. The actual transformation.
Now he just had to sit back and watch as in about a week, Akane Tendo of Furinkan ward in Nerima would be the first to be affected by his:
