Dark Pluto held the two halves of the Key close together and utilized her dark powers to regrow the missing section. Of course, this weakened her a little and twisted the shape of the Key into something darker and more skeletal. When she was done, the Dark Key Staff was ready and Dark Pluto began assessing the situation on the train platform.
Utilizing her new dark powers, she could obliterate the snipers quickly and efficiently. That would give the two Saotome a chance to escape. She could catch up with them later.
From plan to utilization. With one heartbeat she materialized behind a position, took aim, and let loose black lightning to drain her enemies of energy and replenish her own in the next heartbeat. Again she repeated the pattern, and a final time - where the shouts and cries of the first two groups had alerted the last but they hadn't realized the impossibility of defending against her.
The only one left standing besides her was a cringing camera-wielder. That one posed no threat, so it was now just a matter of tracking the errant Saotome pair down.
"WAAA TAH!"
Dark Pluto had barely an instant of warning as a shadow moved before the attack connected. Even with her dark powers reinforcing her body and making her resistant to injury, she felt the impact break ribs and send shards of bone into internal organs.
"TAH TAH TAH TAH TAH TAH TAH TAH," continued Genma, keeping up the assault.
Dark Pluto found herself having to divert all her power to continued defense, unable to spare anything for healing the damage already done. Each kick and punch had an impact like a wrecking ball and the assault would have converted a car into so much scrap metal.
Right punch, left punch, sweeping side kick, double handed palm strike, step inside, elbow smash, hand spear, shoulder throw.
The throw was unexpected, and the impact against the cement sent new pain washing from where that first blow had struck. Through it, Dark Pluto sent energy to repair the damage to her ribs. Eyes blinked open to see someone descending straight onto her.
Dark Pluto dropped the healing and rolled out of the way as quickly as possible. When Genma hit the concrete, it cratered from the impact.
In another world and another time, Genma would hardly use his full ability much less fight so seriously. In his mind, his back was against the wall. If he lost this fight, not only he but his son would be killed. There was no mercy, no pity, no running from this foe. It was not like the Master where grovelling would defuse the situation. So it was like a cornered animal that he fought, becoming one with his Art in a matter of total focus.
The Genma that looked up and briefly met the gaze of Dark Pluto was not a cringing coward, a fat fool, or the gluttonous gourmand. It was a father protecting his son and a superior martial artist who was completely focussed and serious in his intent.
Nearby, a young boy turned to a cameraman, pointed, and proudly proclaimed "That's my pop!"
Dark Pluto tried to attack the blur that erupted from the crater he'd just made, sending off blasts that caused more destruction to the train station around her. Another slam into her head revealed that each shot had missed and that Genma was STILL on the attack and still not giving her time to heal herself or marshall more than purely defensive capabilities. Finally though, her eyes fell upon the pillars holding the ceiling up and a strategy came to mind.
Though it was nearly wiped out of her head by a set of punches aimed precisely at the area still injured by that first attack.
Her own demise seeming likely, Dark Pluto waited for a gap.
It came. Even with desperation fueling him, such a constant assault was wearying and Genma had to gulp for air. Dark Pluto teleported away, to reappear where she could aim precisely.
"dead scream - enhanced," said Dark Pluto, sending her attack to shatter the pillars holding the ceiling up. The falling rubble would kill father and son, soldiers and reporters alike. One more set of pillars on the other side, and that should do it.
