She passed Nabiki's room on the way to her own and found the door closed tight, so obviously Nabiki was still sick and sleeping in. Akane sighed in ignorant relief as she went to get dressed for the day.

As Akane convinced herself that she hadn't seen what she'd seen, and Ranma and Genma headed inside for breakfast, no one splashed as yet, Nabiki took the opportunity to drop out of her window into the yard. And then it was over the wall.
She had thrown on some day clothes without really paying attention, and so she still hadn't noticed her physical changes yet. The pair of shorts that she had chosen now fit somewhat tightly on her hips though they were loose on waist. The shirt was also a bit tighter than she remembered it being. Both of those were easily explained and not really on her mind at the moment.
She had get somewhere where she could get her thoughts together, and she knew just where to go...the ice cream shop.
