She wasn't so sure there wasn't.
There was this terribly loud clacking sound following her, but she could never see where it was coming from. This had caused Nabiki to go from simple "must clear head" to an unusual state of mind for her: near-blind panic.
So, as she turned the corner, she smacked straight into the person about to turn the corner the other way.
There was a female-cry of surprise and dismay and the sound of clattering bath products, and Nabiki pulled out of her panic for a moment, turning to apologize to whomever she had hit.
"Sorry about..." Nabiki paused as she took in the tight, martial artist's back side of the girl currently collecting all of her bath things.
The sight eas enough to make her lick her lips. She was moving well before she was aware of it. She bent down over the complaining girl, cupped her cheek and then covered the other girl's mouth with her own.
There was a gasp and a wince from the other girl, though she seemed mostly to freeze in shock, but then Nabiki realized what she was doing.
Panic resurging into her head, Nabiki nearly fell overself in pulling away from the girl and then she was running again.
Leaving behind a confused...
