Mercury was the first one to make the connection.
The little genie grabbed the bracelet and made haste to get it on Ranma's arm, having been at the mercy of one horribly unsuitable master she couldn't condemn someone else to that fate. Better that they have to deal with one more girl then leave her to...whatever might be lurking about.
As Mercury expected, the coils of the bracelet fused to her Master's skin once it was put on.
"I think you should call her out to check on her, Master."
