Some of those scenarios had dealt with an innocent Ranma whose evil father had some Svengali-like hold over him. Cue storm of sakura petals as the two fall into each others arms as they stand on the dead body of the cart-thief. Fade to credits.
Ranma as completely clueless made an awful lot of sense based on her memories of their time together but somehow she'd never followed that particular line through.
Stalling for time somewhat, Ukyo noticed the girls in the strange outfits, one of whom was floating in midair. "These are all genie and magical girls and like that, huh?"
"Yeah! These are my friends!" Ranma exclaimed happily. He'd never had this many friends before and it was pretty darn neat. "This is Saturn, and Moon, and Mars, and Mercury, and Jupiter, and Shampoo! Oh and the old ghoul-" bonk! "-ouch! Uhm. She's a martial arts sensei because stupid Oyaji turned himself into that gal who's cleanin' the bedrolls over there."
Ukyo's eyes widened as she beheld the gaijin girl in the maid uniform. "That's your Pop?! No way!"
"He's been cursed to turn into that woman whenever he commits an unworthy act," said Cologne drily. "It seems a pity that he didn't receive this curse earlier based on what you've told us. He'll turn back to normal later and you can discuss it with him."
Ukyo glanced from the maid to the various girls and swallowed. She really didn't realize that she had already spoken the "I wish" portion and that the minute she'd asked for had passed. So her next statement was granted, though twisted against her conscious desires by the nature of Umino's restrictions on power access.
Feeling a bit jealous of all the magical girls, and even Genma seemed a lot more feminine and attractive than her, Ukyo completed Umino's command.
