Both guys turned and looked at the girl who was sticking her head into the open doorway, and Soun answered. "Yes, Akane?"
"Did I hear right? Is this guy really here to see if our school is the one for him?"
"That's true enough, but that would mean that I would have to test him..."
"No, you wouldn't."
"Excuse me?" her father asked.
"I can do it. I'm the Heir to the style after all. It's my duty to show just how strong our Art is."
"Now, now..."
"Is the time for me to do it. I am supposed to be the one that's taking after you, right?"
"Well, yes..."
"There you have it," she said as she came in and stood in front of the boy who had been talking to her father. "So, what do you think? Are you ready to see how much stronger I am? Or are you going to be a jerk and think that I can't do anything because I'm a girl?"
Thinking back over what had happened with the Senshi, Ranma shook his head. "I don't have any problem with you being a girl"
"It's settled then. Let's see what you can do, hmm?"
"Uh... I guess..."
She smirked back at him, and went to prepare for their challenge, which:
