[Episode 122701] [Episode 122701]Rei finally understood why the commander liked it so much when everything was going according to schedule. Rei had found that she too felt a considerable degree of satisfaction when everything was going according to plan.
The drink she had given Shinji had contained just the right amount of special tincture from her book to temporary lower his inhibitions and raise his courage.
He was still in total control of himself and not drugged into a stupor. The only noticeable changes in his behavior were what she had identified as a 'lecherous smirk' on his face and a tendency to occasionally grab her bare behind.
Rei tried to pay attention to Shinji's culinary lecture despite the intermittent squeezes of her posterior, but she found that she had a hard time concentrating.
Throughout the preparation of the foodstuff they were to ingest Rei had to remind herself of the importance of adhering to the schedule.
Even if the cooking lesson had just been a pretext to lure the Third Children to her place of residence. Even if the planned romantic dinner had been primarily to get pilot Ikari in the right frame of mind for the sort of events that usually followed a romantic dinner. Even if Shinji now seemed quite ready to proceed to the main event without further preamble.
It was important to adhere to the schedule she had set out. Even if her partner had just given her what she thought was termed a 'goose'.
The potion she had given him would last for hours still so she did not have to hurry before it wore off. It was not like there was any pressing reason to begin sexual relations at this point instead of waiting half an eternity until after their meal.
She was just wondering who had thought that last bit — she was not normally in the habit of exaggerating — when Shinji admonished her that she was not paying attention to his lesson.
She was so mortified by her failure to concentrate on the task at hand and wasting Shinji's valuable time by making him repeat himself, that she did not think it odd at all when he demanded a kiss for an apology.
The ensuing osculation reduced and expanded her awareness at the same time in ways she had not expected from such a mundane ritual. So focused was she on what was happening in her and his oral cavities and how the border between the two was blurring, that she only peripherally noticed that Shinji undid the ties of her apron to gain better access to the rest of her body.
Her last thoughts as she abandoned conscious intellect in favor of pure instinct were: "Fuck The Schedule!"
