Shampoo slammed Kuno against a wall. "Is Stick-boy satisfied?!" she yelled in his face.
Kuno maintained his superior air. "It was a minor error."
Shampoo seethed at his arrogance. "You no follow plan, you rush in, we have to save Stick-boy's worthless hide. Now Akane knocked out," she pointed at the girl Ryoga was carrying. "Spatula-girl is as good as knocked out," indicating the chef who was clutching to Ranma desperately. "And Ninja boy/girl is dead! He not getting back up, ever! All because Stick-boy rush off."
Kuno shook his head, trying to deny what had happened. "Surely this was... an accident! A foul mishap, a tragic occurrence, but next time, I will..."
"There will be no next time, brother." Kodachi said, simply. She walked over to the arguing pair, her newly-formed wings looking almost like a cape flowing behind her. "You are not the leader here, Tatewaki." she continued coldly, "and we are not your faithful foot soldiers. If you rush off on your own again, we will leave you to your own devises."
Shampoo nodded. "Shampoo not send anyone else to die for stupid Stick-boy's sake." With that, she threw the boy to the ground, and the girls just walked away.

"Ucchan?" Ranma asked the chef softly. Although she was grasping to him desperately, she didn't seem to hear him. Normally this sort of position would have led to all sorts of misunderstandings and jealous rages. But this was far from normal.
All vestiges of childhood were gone from them, now. And he was trying to bring Ukyo back from the shell she had withdrawn into. He hated it, but they needed Ukyo. Kuno had demonstrated spectacularly that he couldn't be trusted, and they needed some kind of early warning. Or the next surprise would claim more lives.
Shampoo walked over while Kodachi went to check on Akane. Any rivalries between the girls were no longer evident. "She no is coming out, is she?"
Ranma sighed. "No. First that attack where she nearly died, and now Konatsu dies trying to protect her. I don't know if she'll ever be okay again."
Shampoo sighed. She knew that they needed Ukyo as much as Ranma did. "Ranma, forgive Shampoo for what she do." She said.
Ranma looked confused, and then Shampoos hands blurred as she seemed to massage Ukyo scalp.
To Ranma's surprise, Ukyo blinked and looked confused. "What happened?"
Shampoo smiled nervously. "We have bad battle. You knocked out, Akane still out. We going to move on soon as Pervert-girl get up from nap, okay?"
Ukyo nodded. "Yeah, just give me a bit..." and she walked off a ways.
Ranma glared at Shampoo. "What did you do?!"
"Xi Fang Xiao. Made Spatula-girl forget Konatsu was with us."
Ranma frowned. "Why? And I thought you needed some special soap to do that?"
"Special shampoos help. Without them, memories come back on their own. Take maybe two, three hours, though. And we need Spatula-girl too much. She probably hate Shampoo later, but right now, this for the best."
Ranma continued to frown. He didn't like messing with her mind... but they needed all the help they could get. Akane's chi would recover shortly... then they'd have to move back into the maze...
