"Excellent choice. And as a first time customer, I offer you a gift. A gift certificate for most bakeries in the city, to help with your friend's birthday. Plus I might be able to advise you on possible accessories that would go with the basic game. All for a good price." She said, looking at the boy. She pulled out a piece of paper from her sleeve.
Later at the Nekohaten...
Cologne smiled as she set up the part for Shampoo. 'Thanks to Son-in-law, I don't have to make a cake. A rich chocolate cake with sweet vanilla frosting, very tasty. Looks normal enough, but you can never tell in this town.' She thought as she prepared the table.
Mousse was distracting her great granddaughter while she set up and the guest arrived. Shampoo didn't get out much, so she had few friends. Mostly it was Son-in-law, with the Tendo girls, Ryoga, Ukyo and Mousse of course. It would be simple she guessed. She hoped that it would make her great grandchild happy. That and the truce held. Then she heard noises from outside. "Get ready." She whispered.
One.
Two..
Three...
"Happy Birthday Shampoo!" came the chorus as the Amazon entered. Her eyes lighting up and a smile crossed her face.
Later...
After the cake, Shampoo opened presents. She was glad at what she had received. The Tendo sisters had gathered enough to get a set of attractive Chinese dresses. Ukyo had brought her a gift basket of her cooking, plus a gift certificate for Uchan's. Ryoga had brought some old Chinese scroll that had martial arts on them. Mousse had bought her some expensive perfume. Then she turned to Ranma, who held a book out.
"It's a role playing book. I thought that we could use it to play games with the gang." Ranma said, a look of hoping in his eyes.
Shampoo looked at the book. The thought in her head was that this might be a way to get closer to her Airen. 'If I play this game with him, I would spend more time with him. The more time I spend for him, the more chances I have to win him.'
"Shampoo happy Ranma care. We play it now. How we play?" Shampoo asked.
