Setsuna's Fault: Watered Time [Episode 124521]

by Kender

All his life, Ranma had some firm ideas about the world, or at least his place in it. Growing up, he'd always known that he'd be a martial artist, as he'd always liked the Art, and he had at first admired his father. It was a no brainer then, as he could not concieve of not being a fighter. So much of his pride had been wrapped up in it, and his life had followed that path for so long that he'd never had any other real idea.

But there had been other things that he'd been sure would stay there. As far as he'd known, his father would always be there, complete with stupid training ideas, overindulging habits, and pompous attitudes. For the first time in his life, he'd seen that he could be something different than he'd thought. There had been everything from primal versions of himself, to dedicated warriors, to charming rogues, and he could see how he could have turned into them. So many opportunities had been revealed to him, and he could see so many ways that it could have gone. The way that he had lived didn't seem quite as alluring as it once had.

Though one thing seemed unchanged.

A truck came past him and hit an old puddle, splashing him from head to toe. Once the vehicle was gone, it took a moment to realise just what had happened. Looking down confirmed that 'he' had turned into a 'she' once more, though this time she was clad in a fuku.

"Why am I not surprised that this happened?" she sighed to herself, seeing how she was now:
