It was also a sales barge that stopped at various towns, selling goods and services to human and D-Bee alike.
The Caravan-class ships were typically slow and lumbering vehicles. Some were water-based and plied the coastlines. Some were wheeled and moved along the plains. Most were hover vehicles that took to water or land as needed.
They also tended to rely on outrider positions to fix any trouble that threatened the ship.
"Tuatha, this is Stallion. What has seven heads, a fat reptile kinda body, and major attitude?"
"Linking to your camera," said Tessa, making the connection. "It's a hydra. Contacting the others and feeding target information."
"Roger Tuatha. Sagara here. Plotting course. ETA two minutes."
"Kruz here. Responding."
"All craft, rely on long distant attacks," said Tessa. "At close range those creatures are difficult to harm."
"Stallion here, confirming that. Sucker regenerates pretty quick."
"Sagara here. Within missile range. Missile lock achieved. Firing two."
