”Sorry nobody answered sooner, but I plain forgot I left the crystal in my bedroom; so how goes your end of things Gaja?” The pregnant Jagwere inquired.
”Well to say the least it appears Tsunami attacked Theodore Diggers out of a misunderstanding.” Gaja replied dryly indicating while he was glad he wasn’t dealing with a homicidal Weapons Master; he wasn’t too thrilled of the prospects that an innocent and two of his officers were threatened because of a ‘misunderstanding’.
”Misunderstanding?!” Aeila exclaimed. “How in the bloody nine hells does a misunderstanding send someone out to kill their son-in-law?”
”A reason I’m sure you and Marcus as parents would jump to defend your own offspring; he thought Theodore was the one who initiated the divorce and thus hurt his daughter.” Gaja explained; and then a loud crashing sound from within the home caused the structure to stumble some. “And suffice to say his daughter was none too pleased of what he did, and both wife and her are ‘punishing’ him.”
”Well I guess I can see his reasons, but it still doesn’t give you the right to murder someone.” Aeila allowed, granted she’d maim and ka-pow any fool who dare break her Garfield’s heart or the heart of their second child, but she’d get the facts right before even doing that, and murder was downright insane.
“Agreed; and from the sounds in the house behind me, his wife and daughter feel the same way.” Gaja adjusted his glasses; he couldn’t help but snicker a little when he heard a cracking sound that must have been Tsunami’s left leg. “So as it stands unless Theodore wishes to press charges or demand a restraining order, I do not see a reason for us to involve ourselves in a family dispute.”
Aeila nodded. “Alright then, as it is Archmage Diggers is awake now Gaja, he’s in the living room talking to Marcus right now.”
”Excellent, could you please get him so I can get this over with so I need not pester you anymore or stick protectees in your home.” Gaja said with a kindly tone.
”Oh Gaja, work is work I’m not put off because of what happened but I do appreciate you not wishing to tax a pregnant subordinate.” Aeila replied with a chuckle. “Just hold on a moment while I go fetch him.”
