Setsuna's Fault/Slayer Ranma: Bandit Hunting [Episode 128842]

As the radio put out the news, Ranma listened intently to what it was saying. Apparently, some guy was targeting schoolgirls in Juuban, and had been for a while. However, this wasn't merely a pervert taking pictures, or looking to peek up some skirts. Instead, he was following them around until he found them alone, and when he did, he attacked them. He'd steal everything of value that they had, and, on occassion, was thought to have touched them 'inappropriately'. No girl was safe, and even the idea of girls travelling in groups was not a sure bet, since he'd follow them until one of them was available for attack.

It was so bad that there was a reward out for anything leading to the guy's capture.

Considering that news, Ranma decided that it would be just the sort of thing that he needed. After all, a reward could let him have some money to spend on things like food or magical supplies, and he'd already been worrying about such things. Getting this freak would allow him to garner some money for his real mission, and would let him get some practice in with his powers. A simple knife could not match a fireball to the face.

Besides, this guy was a danger to schoolgirls all over the ward. He didn't like bullies, which this guy seemed to be. Targetting those who couldn't fight back was a nasty way of doing anything, and he didn't like that one bit. Even if there hadn't been a reward, he would have wanted to help. But the fact of the matter was that he was a possible threat to innocent girls, including Hotaru, and that meant that the mugger had to be crushed quickly.

So he decided to head over to see what he could do about the attacks while:
