CC Pokegirls: Little Flower Angel [Episode 129294]

by Kender

Tears ran down Ryoga's cheeks, but this time they weren't coming from depression or anger. Instead, a feeling of joy was growing in his chest so intensely that he thought that it would explode. It just sort of pulsed with every beat of his heart, and made everything seem brighter.

For the first time in his life, he didn't have to spend time trying to do something as simple as wondering where things were. All he needed to do was to look, and he could see it. Even when he looked away, they didn't move on him, nor did he forget where they were. All he had to do to know where the convience store was to look down the street and see it. No longer would he have to stumble out of the girls' changing area at the public bath simply because he'd gotten lost on his way to the guys' side. He would never see the countryside when he'd only planned on going around the corner. And to top it all off, he would never have to worry about missing things because of his sense of direction again.

Right there, in the middle of the street, he sobbed like a man who'd discovered so beautiful that he'd broken down... which in one way, he had.

Once he had cried so much that he couldn't physically cry any more, he snifled a bit as he considered how this glorious gift had become his. She'd simply done it for him, and left it at that. Someone else might have made a production of it, but she'd merely done it for him.

And that made her special to him. In her, he saw a pure and completely innocent heart. Among all the angry and derisive masses who'd bothered him about his sense of direction, this kind and generous little girl had acted to help him. She was his little angel, and he couldn't imagine ever being able to thank her enough for what he'd done.

But he'd at least have to start on doing just that. He'd have to find some way of repaying her kindness, and he knew that would never be enough. Something told him that someone like her would simply take it in stride, and would likely want to play with him. She would be accepting of a boy who'd never been able to do the right thing, and he could protect her from all the bad things that would try to crush the light that she carried.

Stumbling to his feet, he strengthened his resolved and headed after the group, hoping that he'd get to see his angel again. She was such a sweet kid, and he wanted to be a big brother to her. He'd even buy her the biggest teddy bear around if it'd make her happy.

And so, filled with happiness over his newfound good fortune, he trailed after the girls and their male companion while:
