It was so obvious that this creature wasn't there to be friendly that he simply dodged without thinking. The monster's long clawed hand went right past where he had been and wound up grabbing up a handful of floor. That didn't seem to please it, as it snarled back at him, and attacked.
Ranma had to work to dodge the various swings it sent at him, as it was definately quick on its feet. But he was faster, and had the edge on ability. Unfortunately, it was not the nicest things around, and had weapons built into its body, what with its claws, teeth, and hard hide.
Looking for something that he could hit it with, he rolled out of the way, and grabbed at the first thing he could find. It was hard, and solid, but not very big. For a proper weapon, it was too small to do much damage, and he glanced over to see what it was. Surprisingly, his hand was in the fire, but it wasn't getting burned.
Any further examination would have to wait, as the monster attacked him then. He leapt out of the way of the strike, still holding what he'd picked up, and manuevered himself back to his feet. The creature darted its hand at him, claw points first, and he had to weave around the slashes so that he could manage to not get cut. One did land though, and slashed his shirt open, but barely broke his skin.
Grinding his teeth, he glared at the monster and let his hand tighten around what he'd pulled from the fire. "Okay, ya freak. I'm not 'bout ta let ya beat me! Ya are goin' down!"
At that point, what was in his hand glowed, and he saw a raven haired girl standing in front of him, wearing a red skirted fuku, who:
