"NABIKI?!" Akane said.
"Sis?" Nabiki said, turning cross-eyed trying to keep up with the almost there blurr that was her sister's skin.
"Yeah..." Akane said nervously. "It's me."
"What's going on?" Nabiki asked firmly.
"It's some kind of virus," Akane said. "Girls all over town, and heading out to the rest of Tokyo, are all getting it too. The uh...news seems to think that it started with me. Well they didn't say my name...but..."
"Where'd you run into something like this?"" Nabiki asked.
"I don't know," Akane said. "The press had opinions about that to, Random test subject by enemies of Japan."
"How are Kasumi and Ranma?" Nabiki asked.
"Kasumi isn't changing on the outside," Soun said. "But she is definitely different somehow."
"As for Ranma," Akane said. "Have to be careful checking his forehead around that third eye and those two horns, but it seems that his fever seems to have broken, so maybe he'll wake up soon."
"And what if he's still locked?" Nabiki asked.
"That's impossible," Genma said.
"The schools must be joined," Soun agreed. The girls glared at them.
"Right," Nabiki said, "The universe will listen to you two."
"Well..." Soun said.
"I don't know what will happen if he's still locked..." Akane said.
((AN: Not precisely what the option said, but going right to exploring the world seemed to skip a lot of good potential scenes))
