Lab Days - Wild Cards: Oni-Chan [Episode 13064]

by Thrythlind

Nabiki poked at the rapidly cooling chunk of copper in the yard and then looked toward its source, a rather shocked looking Ranma Saotome.

"I don't know how I...I...I...I?!" Ranma's voice trailed off frantically as she stood up, out of Akane's arms, who looked decidedly put out at losing Ranma from her lap, and backpedalling away from Nabiki.

This would have been normal except that Ranma had noticed that she was backpedalling about five inches off the ground and getting higher.

"WHAT the heck?!" Ranma snapped. She zipped around a bit, quickly revealing that she had the majority of control over her direction.

Nabiki strolled forward, and, in full big sister mode dropped a golden hand on Ranma's shoulder (she was moderately sad, her little brother was gone, just another little sister now, well could still tease her in different ways than she could tease Akane).

"Spitting copper, flying, three eyes. horns, fangs," Nabiki listed off.

Nabiki didn't realize as she spoke that Ranma's third eye was showing her a seperate set of images around everybody (and she quickly would have no trouble seeing Akane) though they were caraciture's (indistinct for the moment) of each person's real felings.

"Wow, Oni-chan," Nabiki said. "You're the real deal." Ranma flinched under her hand and the demonic red-head turned to fix Nabiki with a truly angry and hurt expression. "Oni-cha...Ranma..."

And then Ranma was gone, flying/running back into the house.

"Great choice of words there," Akane said.

"How'd I know she'd take it so hard?" Nabiki asked.
