"You're ready to make your wish?" Mihoshi asked cheerfully. She could get back to the land of the djinn then. She was sure Kiyone missed her.

Elsewhere, Kiyone was hoping her reprieve from Mihoshi would go on just a bit longer.

"I wish I had the means to find the solution for my problems and curse and stuff right here," said Ranma, figuring a map to a Jusenkyo man spring or something would give him a better chance.

"Okay," said Mihoshi, building up her magic. "One means of problem solving coming right up!"

She did this by:

• Ranma the super-genius! Ranma can now give Ami Mizuno a run for her money scholastically.
• A sword of marbled blue metal appears in his hands. "Wayfinder?"
• A book appears in his hands.
• altering things slightly. Ranma goes off on a grand epic adventure somewhere else.
• something else occurring
