"So... what do we do now?" asked Ranma.
"That's a good question, Ranma," Nabiki told him as she picked at her rice.
"Don't you have any ideas?"
"Who me? Not a clue. This sort of thing is not something you plan on."
"It isn't Ranma's fault..," began Kasumi.
"I know that. We came onto him and he could have done anything, but he... did what he did. And now we all have this... bond to him."
Hinako shrugged. "It doesn't seem that bad to me."
"I never said that it was bad. I mean the big lug is... special to all of us, y'know. But we can't go back to what we used to be."
"So that means that we will have to figure out some kind of plan then."
"Certainly. But without knowing the full story, we can't make any long term plans."
"Why not?" muttered Akane.
"Simple little sister. First off, we need to know exactly what this bond is. And second, you do realize that we could have other complications with this too."
"Like what?" asked Ranma.
"I think you know."
The pigtailed boy thought for a moment, then twitched and fell over in a faint.
"He took it well."
"Nabiki," admonished her older sister.
"We will have to deal with that chance you know. I mean, if we are, we'll have to make sure that everything is ready for it."
"It is a possibility," agreed Setsuna.
"So what do we do in the mean time?" asked the youngest Tendo.
