"Kodachi!?" Ranma gasped.
"Indeed," Kodachi said. "It is I, Kodachi, newly formed Genie of Shadows."
"But..." Ranma pointed at the ring. "What are you...doing in there?!"
"Oh," Kodachi said. "Well, you see, Master. This ring was made by a somewhat lazy Sha'ir sorcerer. Instead of seeking out genie to trap, he simply transformed various individuals from his home village. Being a rather lonely and mildly perverted male, he only changed women."
"So, you mean, when I put on the ring," Ranma said.
"You transformed ten women whom you know into genies bound to serve whosoever wears their ring," Kodachi completed. "And this shall only change if you somehow..."
