Kodachi was roofhopping away from St. Herebeke, having escaped the attentions of her fellow members of the gymnastic team.
Shampoo was biking all the way from a delivery job, not having noticed the noticed the amorous looks of her customers but she knew she needed to see Ranma, even if she was sick.
And Ukyo... well she was still looking for him in the school.
Now, as one man(an author) noted, synchrony is a common occurance here in Ranma's life.
So... it wouldn't be surprising all three girls were to find him, at the same time, and at the moment he was settling into his afterglow from his time with Miss Hinako.
"Ran-chan! How could you?"
"Aiya... aerin make someone else his first!"
"Oh Ranma-sama... I wanted to take yours..."
This, of course, aroused Ranma. Upon realizing that three of his 'admirers' were here, he tried to get out of under Miss Hinako. More or less he did so after falling out of the chair he and his first lover was resting in.
If this were a typical situation, Ukyo, Shampoo, and Kodachi would have been angry and would have pointed weapons at Ranma(or Miss Hinako) now. But... because of the flu, it wasn't a typical situation. Instead of that, they stood in awe as Ranma removed himself from Hinako's body, exposing his erect manliness for all to see.
All thoughts about competiting for Ranma or being his first left their brains. All they want was for Ranma to be their first.... NOW!
Before Ranma could say anything, the three pounced on him and removed the remainder of his clothes.
