There was no choice really. He had to get away. Far, FAR away. Somewhere that neither Nodoka nor his... bed partner could find him. It would hurt (relieve) him to make such a supreme sacrifice (mad dash away) but it was something that he HAD to do. Just one thing remained and that was to ask for help and forgiveness from his old training partner and friend. Soun was just behind this door...
A scream of "EEEEKK!!!!" was followed by a pillow impacting into his face.
"SAOTOME!! Don't you know how to knock?!"
The portly martial artist just stared at his old friend in the arms of an attractive woman and scowling at him. "Soun, you're..."
"Yes?"
"But I..."
"You were just about to be gentleman and were going to close the door before leaving."
"I..."
"Now Saotome!"
Backing away slowly, the bald man closed the door as went while Soun turned his attention back to the woman. "Now you were saying my dear Mrs. Mano?"
On the other side of the door, Genma just looked blankly at the piece of wood. Never since he and his son had arrived at the dojo had the Tendo patriarch acted in this way. This morning was just too bizarre. It was almost like someone was out to get him, but that was silly. He must be getting paranoid...
"Yoo-hooo!" called an unwanted voice that sent shivers down the Saotome Patriarch's spine. Almost fatalistically he turned... and saw what he had feared staring back at him. "I've been looking all over for you!"
"Heh heh..," went Genma... right before he took off at a dead run.
"Come back lover boy!" yelled the...woman as she took chase. She might have given up Ryo for him, but he was just about as energetic!
And as Shinjuku was... treated to the sight of a portly man in a gi being chased by what looked like a man in a dress,:
