'Okay...what I'm doing is for me and Athrun. I can do this.' Cagalli mentally repeated the mantra in her head as she continued hunting for Kou. Earlier when the three crews got their passes, they were also given a limited number of hotel rooms for the duration of their vacation. So everyone had to share a room with a roommate however through luck of the draw, Kou was able to score himself the last of the large single rooms with the other three being occupied by Andy, Murrue and Kisaka respectively. If she and Athrun wanted to go all the way, then they were going to need a room where they could be alone with a large enough 'playground' and the large single rooms just happened to have Queen-sized beds.
"YOGURT SAUCE?!?" The young girl cringed at Murrue's loud shouting that originated from the infirmary. She quickly made her way up to her room on the second floor and changed into some normal clothes before heading back down to find Kou. In her right front pocket was a small shopping list of things that they should get to properly enjoy the night. Basic birth control items, some ointments and a bottle of chili sauce and yogurt sauce. As she began to head out, she noticed a very irritated Yzak Joule storm his way through the lobby and her nose caught a whiff of clam chowder soup along with beef stew. Also, he had a very large palm print on his left cheek.
"Whoa...what the hell happened to you?" She couldn't help blurting it out.
"I don't want to talk about it. By the way, if you find the shrimp, please tell me where he is so I can torture him slowly and painfully," stated Yzak in a monotone that even Heero Yuy would have envied (if said Perfect Soldier could feel envy).
"Yeah...sure." Cagalli watched Yzak head off to the elevator to go up to the third floor where the Archangel crew stayed for the duration of the vacation. 'Hmmmm...maybe I can use this as a bargaining chip.' She decided to swing by the garden to check up on her brother and when she arrived, she was somewhat delighted to find her target there as well. "Hey, Kou! Can I talk to you for a minute alone?"
Kou excused himself from the table and approached the blonde girl. "What's up, Cagalli?"
"I just ran into Yzak a little while ago. He seemed to be pretty upset at you. What happened?" Cagalli grinned mentally as she saw Kou's expression change into one of terror.
"Well, one minute we were having a water fight. I got him with my last balloon and instead of water, it was filled with soup chunks! I didn't make that balloon but he still wants to kill me! And knowing him, I bet he blames me for him getting slapped by that girl when he accidentally touched her boob," blurted out the young Coordinator.
"I see. Knowing him, he may have a nasty surprise for you in the next morning since he knows about the general room arrangements. Tell you what. I could talk to Athrun and have him switch rooms with you for the rest of the vacation. At least you won't have to worry about Yzak trying something in the night." Inside her head, Chibi-Cagalli danced for joy and started dreaming of the upcoming evening's events. 'I'm such a genius!!'
"But my room is located on the fourth floor where the Kusanagi crew are staying. What if someone finds out?" asked Kou.
She gave a simple shrug. "Just go in and out when the majority isn't looking or something. Be creative!"
Kou paused before replying. "Oh, I get it. You just want to borrow my room so you and Athrun can do the nasty, right?"
The girl went pale in shock. "How...?"
"Your shopping list was sticking out." Kou pointed to the top of the list which had been sticking out and on top of the list were birth control pills. "How about this? You two can borrow my room and I'll even try to make sure that the captains don't find out about this. All in return is that you get Yzak to stop attempting to torture me. Deal?"
"And I also want your complete secrecy about this. You say a word of this to anyone else and I'll be the one providing Yzak with not only your location but with several rusty butcher knives," said Cagalli in a voice which could freeze liquid nitrogen.
Kou sweatdropped. 'Man, she could be scary sometimes!!' "My lips are sealed." With the deal made, Kou headed back to where Kira, Lacus and Malchio were drinking tea while Cagalli left to do her 'shopping'.
"What did she want to talk about, Kou?" asked Kira as he sipped his tea.
The younger Coordinator grabbed a cookie and munched it before recalling his conversation. "Cagalli just wanted to borrow my room so she could rock the casbah with Athrun." He paused. 'Oh, shit...I blurted out the secret! Now she's going to kill me along with Yzak!!'
"Oh, I see." Kira's brain then registered what Kou said and he spat out his tea, drenching the table. "WHAT?!?"
"Oh my! She's willing to go all that way with Athrun? How romantic!" gushed Lacus.
"I need to talk to Athrun." Had Malchio been able to see Kira, he would have been worried. The look on his face had a strong resemblance to the cold and blank look that Kira had whenever he entered SEED mode.
