He was a mad scientist and he felt conquering the world was a suitable goal and a decent revenge on those who had belittled him all his life.
"Take off all your clothing," Moreau demanded.
They might have hesitated or protested, certainly they would not have complied, prior to their transformation. Now they obeyed without hesitation or any contrary thought. Everything they were or could be was entirely devoted to serving their master.
"You," said Moreau, pointing at the eldest of the two then at the "sarcophogus" he'd prepared. "In there."
"Yes, Master," said Kasumi, quickly moving and laying down within the device.
"You," said Moreau, pointing at the other completed sarcophogus/tube. "In there."
"As you command," said Nabiki, eager to comply.
Touching a few switches caused the lids to seal into place. Magical energies flowed.
He'd come across this idea some years ago and had worked it out before he'd hit on the idea of the obedience virus. He'd never used it because having superpowered women angry at him just hadn't sounded like a good idea. Magically empowered women eager to punish his enemies and please him - that was a different thing altogether.
The machines found the streams of magical energy, bent them, amplified them, channelled them into the occupants of those sarcophogi.
Naturally he couldn't do this to all of them, but the elite of his army was another story altogether.
