Lab Days - Bishieman: Pudgy Lion [Episode 140828]

Genma Saotome had long been saddened by the fact that he'd lost his hair at a young age. It was something that a lot of men went through, but he wasn't soothed by that knowledge. After all, he'd been rather popular with the ladies back in his day. Sure, he'd rarely gone out with the same girl more than three times back in his hey day, but then he hadn't wanted to either. Of course, the fact that it only took that long for most girls to recognize just what kind of a guy he was didn't really sink in. As far as he was concerned, the loss of his hair was something of a point of personal disappointment.

Now that he was a lion man, he had a full mane of great hair to match his wonderful physique. It had body, shine and a thickness that he could definitely appreciate. He looked good by his own reckoning, and he was not afraid of admitting it to himself, or his reflection.

Then again, the sight of him sitting and looking like he had something of a pout going on seemed to be oddly appropriate as well.

"There, there, Mister Saotome," Kasumi soothed. "I'm sure that it's alright..."

"I just didn't know about it until recently. If only it could have happened to me," Genma whined.

"The news says that it happens differently to everyone. It's just a random change."

"But why did I have to become a lion man..."

"I can't tell you. But it's very nice, isn't it?"

"Yes, it is. But..."

"What?"

"I want the Dark Angel powers!" he wailed, "Then I could make things go the way they should!"

"I'm sorry, but you don't get changed how you want."

"Oh... but I want to be having mind control powers. Then I could make my boy and your sister want to get married..."

"It's nice that you want to help them get married, but you changed into a lion man."

"How can I use the powers the Dark Angel powers then?"

"You could always ask one of the boys who changed into one for help..." she suggested.

"That's it! You're right!"

"I am?"

"Yes, you are! Thank you for the help."

"You're welcome."

"I think I'll go hunt one down as quickly as possible. But first," he said, getting up and clearly running from the family room to where he'd spent so much of his time.

"Wha... HEY! GET OUT OF THERE! YOU'VE ALREADY SPENT ENOUGH TIME IN THE BATHROOM!" came Nabiki's voice, along with a loud pounding on the door. "I HAVE TO USE IT! DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH WAITS WHILE YOU'RE A VEGETABLE?!"

Kasumi merely smiled as she considered her sister's recovery, and Mister Saotome's return to good spirits, while:
