And she, like a lot of her fellows, felt terrible about inducing that sort of reaction in him. The pretty catgirl had her opportunity to help him, and it had been rather... interesting to find a human boy who could be more feline than her, but then he was not quite normal. It wasn't something that she minded though, as she knew that it wasn't his fault. Though, it had made things be rather amusing as she tried to deal with his playfulness once he realized that she was not a threat. If nothing else, she'd felt rather bad about her desire to continue their games, even if he didn't seem to mind them at all.
However, once he decided to curl up in her lap for a nap, she found herself wondering just how she could deal with his 'human' side. There was a difference in his behaviors when his mind was working on a conscious level, and she wasn't quite sure what she should make of it. He seemed nice enough, but even during the time when she'd been informed of the ritual, she get past the need to soothe and comfort him.
Not that anyone around her was blaming her.
"How can you live with that horrible man," she murmured softly, "You must have a lot of pain..."
The pigtailed boy didn't even wake as he rolled over and pressed his face to her chest. "Mrrr..."
Most girls would have been offended by such an act, but with what she knew, and what had happened, all she could do was stroke his back and press her cheek to his hair while:
