[Episode 14488] [Episode 14488]"Let's go on a vacation!" Ranma decided.
Of all of the ideas that could have popped out of Ranma's mouth, this wasn't exactly what Hotaru and Sasami were expecting.
"A vacation? What kind?" Hotaru and Sasami cocked their heads in confusion...simultaneously.
Ranma blushed.
"Well, ya know...now that the three of us are a Fated Couple, as of Episode 14200, we might as well get 'ta know each other better," Ranma explained. "I mean, we only met an hour ago, at most! Well, physically, anyway...and I was hoping we could take a romantic journey around the world or sumthin'. Maybe we could cuddle up and sleep in the same bed every night as we go, just to get used to the idea for when we eventually get hitched; we could pretend we're on a children's sleepover or sumthin'. And I could get some training in without Old Man Genma to wreck it, and Hotaru could practice on her Senshi stuff without some jerkface using her for evil purposes, and Sasami could learn more about Earth, and, and, and..."
Hotaru blushed, partially because Ranma was talking so fast, and partially because of the idea itself. Ranma had to resist pouncing on her and cuddling her, her blush right now made her look just that cute. But that would have been downright un-Ranma-like, Ranma ruefully decided.
"Well...um...that's very sweet, but I think Haruka-papa and Michiru-papa might be mad at us," Hotaru stammered. Still, her beautiful violet eyes held a twinkle of anticipation.
Sasami, meanwhile, didn't say anything, mostly because she could not stop giggling. The whole idea sounded rather neat, actually. Going off on an adventure, traveling the world...well it wouldn't compare to traveling in outer space, of course, but the whole idea sounded rather fun, and it would get Ranma away from those big meanies who dared to call themselves fiancees. The more she thought about it, the more the idea appealed to her, and she started swaying back and forth dreamily, her ocean-blue pigtails swaying side-to-side, side-to-side, side-to-side...god, if HOTARU was cute when she was blushing, Sasami was just plain UNFAIR doing that! Ranma had to stop himself from grabbing those soft pigtails and stroking them. Damn it, this was just embarrassing! The fact that Ranma had been de-aged to a little kid was messing with his mind: when you're a kid, love is expressed in waff-y gushiness instead of hormonal lust. Ranma's thought processes were going to be decidedly awkward until he got used to this whole sitaution, but the fact that he might actually attain true happiness when he and the girls grew up would make all this far worth it.
If they could pull this off, this would be one VERY interesting vacation around the world.
"Nah, I've thought of that," Ranma declared smugly. "We'll just convince Haruka and Michiru to let us go on a world vacation by..."
