Ryoko glared at the figure that the princess had been talking about. "I don't know, but I really don't like her."
"On that, we can agree. I mean, look at how she's being so forward with Lord Tenchi!"
"As if he were there for her to bother."
"Exactly. How can she be so... so... brazen!"
"Almost like someone else I know," the princess murmured.
"What?!"
"You do tend to cling to Lord Tenchi most inappropriately."
The former space pirate looked indignant. "I do not! And I'm not like anything like that hussy!"
"That is debatable. But I do believe that we should handle this now."
"Before she gets her grubby paws onto him?"
"Crudely put, but correct."
"I thought so," the spiky haired woman replied, and both of them looked towards the source of their ire.
The girl in question was an attractive young woman, with a look that would make many a boy's heart beat faster. She was the sort of natural beauty that could easily attract, and she was with their guy. Out of nowhere this girl came, and was now laughing and talking with Tenchi liked they were having a good old time.
And then she put a hand on his arm.
That was enough for the hiding pair, and they charged straight out of their camouflage towards the pair.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" both alien girls screeched.
Leaning away from them, the girl gave a confused blink. "What?"
"Don't play dumb with us?" Ryoko snapped.
"Huh?"
Aeka gave her a hard stare. "You were being most familiar with Lord Tenchi!"
"But I wasn't..."
"We observed you doing just that!"
"You have the wrong idea..."
"I think that we know exactly what you were doing!" the ex-pirate growled. "You came here just to put the moves on Tenchi!"
"Actually..." Tenchi said hesitantly, "she's here to see Grandpa."
"Huh?" Aeka and Ryoko chorused.
"She's come on a special visit to talk to Grandpa about some sort of important business. I just thought that since she'd been sent all this way, it'd be nice to be friendly to her."
"Oh."
"I don't think that we've met," the visiting girl told them, and gave a small bow. "I'm:
