Maudlin inspected his handiwork for the first time, since he had run off after casting this transformation spell.
Sailor Mars now had dusty red skin, dark red streaks in her hair, and cute little fangs. And wings. Red like her skin, and nicely bat-like. All without disrupting her beauty, the fire in her eyes, or her fuku. She would make a lovely servant.
Of course, the flames in her mouth, and being on the wrong end of Sailor Moon's wand spoke against that idea at the moment.
In fact, he was on the wrong end of everything and everyone in the room. Even the grimores looked ready to pounce. No matter, he would figure a way out soon enough.
The mage opened his mystic senses to see what was arrayed against him, and immediately noticed an irregularity. Something he could use. Most of Sailor Moon's power was actually radiating from a crystal she was carrying, and (if he read things right) it was barely ticking over! Its potential was enormous! With it, he could defeat the Senshi, enslave his future dragongirl servant, Sailor Mars, and gain his revenge!
Then it hit him, the 'it' being something blunt and painful to the back of Maudlin's head. It spun him around before he regained his balance.
"Don't even think about it," snarled Sailor Pluto.
Geez. I tell someone else to be careful with crosslinking, then I do the same thing...
