You draw... I don't fucking believe this. You have drawn Life-Shortening Treasure (Normal Magic). It allows you to draw until you have five cards in your hand. Then you have to put your hand in the Graveyard five turns later.

Amy gives a bit of a bewildered look as she considers how lucky you were to get such an awesome draw. Anyways, the five cards you draw are Magic Cylinder (Trap), Judgement of Vohdan (Trap), Autonomous Action Unit (Equip Magic), Heavy Storm (Normal Magic) and The Unhappy Maiden (1/0/100).
What's Judgement of Vohdan?
It's activated when your opponent attacks. By exchanging a magic card from your hand with the top card of your deck, you negate the attack and end the opponent's Battle Phase.
And Autonomous Action Unit?
Basically, think Premature Burial but with a 1500 Life Point payment and you get to bring an opponent's monster to your side of the field.
Alrighty then. Set Magic Cylinder, Judgement of Vohdan and The Unhappy Maiden. End turn.
During her Standby Phase, Amy gets Sinister Serpent back and draws for her Draw Phase. She summons 7 Colored Fish (4/1800/800) in Attack mode and orders her Ocean Dragon Lord to attack your face down monster.
Payback time! Activate Magic Cylinder.
Your trap card negates her damage and sends it back to her, reducing her Life Points to 1100. She orders an attack with her 7 Colored Fish.
I don't want to activate my trap card just yet. Let my monster block it.
Alrighty then. The Unhappy Maiden gets blown up and her Battle Phase ends but it doesn't matter since she has no other monsters to attack with. She ends her turn.
Draw card.
You draw Pot of Greed (Normal Magic).
Play it.
You draw twice more to get Magician of Faith (1/300/400) and Fissure (Normal Magic).
Set Magician of Faith. Play Fissure and then end turn.
There goes her 7 Colored Fish. After you finish your turn, she draws a new card and sets it face down. She also sets a monster and it's obvious that it's Sinister Serpent. She orders her monster to attack your set monster.
Let it go. I could use Pot of Greed again anyway.
True. You get your magic card back while your monster is destroyed. After her attack, she ends her turn.
Draw card.
You draw Brain Control (Normal Magic). It acts like a Change of Heart but you have to pay 800 Life Points and you can only steal face up monsters. The programmer decided to have this reflect the real trading card game version and not have it be a freebie like in the original show. As you enter your first Main Phase, Amy activates a trap card called Spiritual Water Art - Aoi. By sacrificing a water monster on her side of the field, she can look at your hand and force you to discard one card of her choice. She comes over, sees what you got and forces you to get rid of Brain Control.
That's not surprising. But I still got Pot of Greed. Play it.
You get Dark Wall of Air (Instant Magic) and Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning (8/3000/2500). I swear, did you inherit Yugi's ability to draw the exact right card when you're in a tight situation?
Heh. Don't ask me. Summon BLS and remove Old Vindictive Magician and Magician of Faith.
You remove the two monsters from your Graveyard as your badass monster takes the field. You hear Amy swear loudly. "Shit!!"
Damn straight. Attack her Ocean Dragon Lord with BLS. Once it's out of the way, attack again with BLS and finish this duel!
Done. You plowed through her monster for 100 points of damage. Then you did a direct attack for 3000 points. You win.
Victory Screen! (Done Mister-E style... somewhat)

Number of turns: 16
Total damage done to opponent = 6000 LP = 300 DP
Total monsters controlled by opponent that you destroyed in the duel = 7 = 140 DP
100 DP for bringing opponent's LP to zero
Parser's bonus = 60 DP (because you were really lucky and didn't really win that duel due to pure skill)
Why you little bastard...
Total DP Gained = 600 DP
