Tapping on THAT revealed that there were other Storage Rooms, each room having a 'collection' from his own world.

Ranma stared at that information as he tried to take it in. Just reading it made him realize that there were other people from other places who had survived what had clearly been the end of the race. Human beings from all over the world would be around, each kept alive, and their groups preserved.

And then he read just how many people were left in those groups. Out of the billions that had been alive on the planet, there were only thousands of people saved, and that was in total. That meant that there were many more who were now gone forever, and could not be rescued from the destruction of their species.

He could recognize the fact that no one could have expected this, but he still wished that more could have been done. The number of survivors was so few, and the amount of victims was so high that he he had to take a minute and breathe. Over the years, he'd travelled enough to know that there was a lot out there, and now there was no chance to ever go and see any of that.

"This really stinks," he muttered simply, rubbing at his face with his hands.

Collecting himself, he recognized that this was not the time to get stupid, as there was too many important things to deal with at the moment. That meant that he had to buckle down and see what he could do. However, he didn't have an idea of what he would be expected to do.
