Either way, they weren't going to let 'their property' get away like that.
Which meant that she was going to have to protect herself. Not that she could do much of that unless she was real lucky. She only had two laser, not turbolaser nor ion, cannons and a tuned regular hyperdrive. Not much to work with if they decided to really go after the girl who'd gotten away from them. To do any better, she'd need parts, tools and the expertise to use them, and that cost money. Credits. Whatever.
The only way to get credits was to get work. And the best jobs just happened to be with people who associated with her former 'owners'. So she was going to have to try and do her best. Even if she had to deal with the Hutts. And get everything about her ship paid off.
That meant heading out, and she let out a breath as the Red Streak headed to:
