As a result, Ash could see plenty of problems with her approach, as it was clear that she didn't know much about sneaking around. On the one hand, she was trying to move quickly enough to keep hidden, and on his tail, but on the other, she was trying to go slow enough to not cause a big disturbance. That combined into a stilted walk that had such an artificial aspect to it that he couldn't miss it. Combined with her lack of ability in blending in, her constant rustling of leaves, and the way that she kept straight at him was enough to alert him, even if it wasn't enough to note her as a possible danger.
But now that the pink haired pokegirl was heading straight at him, there was no way that he could miss it. He could not help immediately noticing where she was, nor could he not pay attention to the fact that she was going to do something. And by the way that she was holding her body, he could immediately tell what she was going to do.
Not that he could avoid it, when the pokegirl leapt out from her position, and on to him. Having the humanoid form hit into his body was a definite surprise, and he fell backwards to the ground with her straddling his prone body.
Groaning slightly, he looked over at Professor Oak for some guidance and support.
"I suppose that you've got your first pokegirl," the Professor told him with a helpless shrug.
"Swell," Ash muttered, and then sighed before turning to look up at his pokegirl, who at least looked like a girl from another world, which was:
