"Nowhere anyone needs to think about," Rei grumbled, looking severely put out. "Just why anyone would think that we'd wind up like that, I don't know."
"Maybe because you do seem to be so concerned about her," Minako put in.
"That's only because she's my friend! We've been through a lot together!"
"And you get along like an old united pair."
"'Old united'? What does that mean? I don't.... It's not like that!"
Usagi blinked, and looked at her priestess friend. "Are you happy with the relationship?"
"Of course I am!"
"Then that's all that matters, right?"
"That.... That's right."
"See?"
"Weren't we busy with something else though?" Ami asked, blushing deeply. "I thought that we were talking about the 'welcome home' party for Ranma."
"That's right! We have to have the best party that we can have!"
"You just want to be able to enjoy the snacks," the Senshi of Mars muttered.
"Why shouldn't I? Besides, the important part is to celebrate the return of a good friend. That's what needs to be cherished.
Minako nodded. "Exactly. And we need to get on it. Setsuna? Are you in?"
"I don't see why not," the green haired woman replied. "Though, I do have to wonder about something...."
"What?"
"If you girls are all creating a party for him, how is he going to get to it?"
"He'll just come over here, right?" Ami put in.
"That's true enough. He is coming straight here, then?"
A quiet snort was Rei's immediate answer. "I would think that he'd want to, though with his father...."
"That's too bad. If Makoto did know where he was, then she could have her reunion with him all the faster."
The emerald eyed girl stopped for a moment, and began to let her mind work on what the elder woman had just said. Even though she didn't know where he was, she did know where her husband was heading to, and was able to head over to there. If she went, she could meet up with him, and bring him back to the apartment. All sorts of possible results of that action flashed before her eyes, and she considered what she would do, while:
