However, she was now realizing that she could do something that would make it come faster. Sure, she could sit back and let the Tendo sisters bring him to her, as they would have no problem in doing so. Her friends would certainly be already considering how they would reunite him with her. There was no uncertainty about that, but now that she thought about it, she realized that she could actually go forth and meet him herself. Not only would it show him that she was that excited to see him, it would give her a chance to cut short anything that would come between them.
"I guess that you'll be going then," Usagi commented with a bright grin.
Makoto started, and turned to stare at her princess and friend. "How did you know?"
"Mako-chan, I know how I would be if I were getting a chance to be with Mamo-chan after a long time apart. And I can tell that the look in my eyes would be the same as yours."
"Usagi...."
"Don't worry! We'll have it all under control! You just go and get your husband."
"You guys don't mind if I...."
"Leave us here?" Ami said with a small smile. "We're your friends. We understand, and want you to be happy. Things will be fine here."
"Exactly! We can whip up some goodies for him to fill his belly real easy!" Minako chirped.
The Senshi of Mars gave the blonde with the bow in her hair a flat look. "And you'll be staying away from anything harder than opening a bag of chips."
"Rei!"
"She wants to have him in her arms, not in a hospital bed."
"I wouldn't do something that would put him in such a position!"
"Not intentionally."
"How could I do something so... so...."
"When I was sick once, you blew up my radio by turning the knobs."
"That was an accident," the Senshi of Love muttered sourly.
"Exactly."
Setsuna snickered, and raised her brows at the sole married Senshi. "You'd better go now. Wait too long, and he'll be on his way here."
"You sense that?" Makoto asked.
"I figured on that. It's only logic."
"Oh. Right."
"If you understand, what are you doing here? Shoo. Go find the guy you agreed to share your bed with."
As the married girl blushed, Usagi nodded resolutely. "I'll call them and let them know that you're coming. You go."
"Thank you guys," Makoto told them, and headed for the door, while:
