HER version in this timeline was a Vulcan sociologist named S'tsuna who was stationed on Earth and who had made the acquaintance of a young man.
Usagi was not Tsukino of some human family, but the cousin of Ayeka and Sasami. She was going to Earth. How... unhappy.
"So this timeline is a combination of a 'Star Trek' timeline and a 'Tenchi' timeline," mumbled Pluto aloud. "It sort of makes sense - both have a 'Federation' of sorts. Both have certain elements which could cross over without too much difficulty. Wait. If the Vulcan Science Academy and Jurai both have agents working on Earth, then what about their rivals and enemies?"
She was a warrior of a warrior race. Women didn't typically go far in their society without being able to kick their male counterparts out of the way. Not to say that they weren't warriors or capable of a certain savagery - but they just didn't have the drive to go out in a blaze of glory the way the males did. The females of her race were mostly satisfied to engage in battles amongst themselves and their malefolk and USUALLY didn't want to come anywhere near alien species.
Ka'haru was her name and she was an exception in a large manner of circumstances whenever you considered Klingons much less their womenfolk.
She could be nastier, more vindictive, more downright vicious than a rabid wolverine even if said wolverine had just decided to become best of its species in such activities. On the other hand, she DESPISED the petty intrigues and jealousies and cliques and underhanded backstabbing of the typical Klingon female. She LOATHED the malefolk who saw her as a relatively pretty (for a Klingon warrior) accessory for their arm or bedwarmer.
None of which would have gotten her very far in her society if it weren't for the fact that she was DAMN good. As a pilot, in a brawl, in using the traditional weapons of her race, and in having a command of Klingon swearwords and insults that could shred duralloy.
She was young, perhaps she would mature into a "proper" Klingon. In the meantime though, it was discovered that several races had an interest and had representitives on this primitive little world. Perhaps there was some place that the clan could place this embarassing female in. Perhaps to keep watch on these other factions to see what they were up to?
Ka'haru was understandably upset at first, then went over some of the information on some cultures on that world and became intrigued in spite of herself. There were snippets and bits that sounded vaguely Klingonish about the ancient culture of 'Japan' on this world, and to some extent here in this 'China' and even some 'Russia'.
It ended with Ka'haru (grumbling and cursing all the way) getting her jejtaj and d'ktahg and mek'leh and bat'leth ready, and being shipped off to this potential troublespot.
She hadn't been there fifteen minutes and trying to find something to drink when she'd gotten into a brawl that had quickly escalated to building-wide.
At which point Ka'haru was much happier with the whole situation and had discovered (appropriating in the process) a motorcycle. While slow and of limited range, it had a nice amount of power and helped establish a certain image. Confident now that she could fit in to this society and accomplish her mission, Ka'haru was now ready for anything.
Or so she thought.
Sailor Pluto looked at the dark-haired, really tall, buff, leather-wearing, cranial-ridged, Klingon version of Sailor Uranus - and considered fainting. Or crossing herself. Or merely beating her head against the Gates Of Time.
What of the other half of that relationship? The thought brought Pluto to a halt. Did she really want to know how Michiru was changed?
After looking, she realized that Michiru and "Ka'haru" MIGHT get together - but as Michiru wasn't Klingon that was going to bring yet another variable into their situation. Because the elegant violinist was now:
