Pale and slender with shimmering silver long hair the Spectra was quite a sight to the Ranma portion of Ash. Especially as her looks at the least mimiced very closely that of one of his previous life's most dangerous enemies, Herb... and while she did sport a second pair of arms they were strangely misshappen almost as if... and then she flexed them a little and he saw that it was so. The claws on the arms weren't truly claws but the end spines on tightly coiled wings. At a guess in a more open outdoor environ they just might be able to give true flight or glide.
Even as he took all this in she cooly regarded both him and the professor. Again most similar to Herb in that manner. The garments she wore were simple and if not the best of quality, durable. Fine silver linked chains bound her wrists and ankles together in a complex pattern. The second set of "arms" were bound in much the same manner.
"This is Erba," Professor Oaks began. "She was found in the area of what history once called China's Quinhai province, not all that far from the phenomenon known as Jhusenkyou." A slight twitch went unnoticed."At this time her abilities are currently suppressed by the silver chains binding her more natural arms and legs. After the two of you complete the first Bonding these will be removed and best of luck to you if it doesn't fully take!" The professor gave a short laugh as Ash glared at him.
"Now begin the Binding process take out you Tamer Knife and..."
