You get Life-Shortening Treasure (Normal Magic). That card seriously keeps saving your butt.
Hell yeah! Play it!
You draw five new cards and get Smashing Ground (Normal Magic), Magician of Faith (1/300/400), Old Vindictive Magician (2/450/600), Magician's Select (Trap) and Brain Control (Normal Magic).
Brain Control's dead weight with my low Life Points. Anyways, activate Smashing Ground to blow up Zure. Then set Magician's Select and Old Vindictive Magician before ending turn.
Goldd draws a new card before placing a card face down. He then summoned Scarr, Scout of Dark World (2/500/500) in defense mode. If Scarr is destroyed in battle, Goldd can search his deck for a level 4 or lower 'Dark World' monster and place it in his hand. He orders an attack with Brron to destroy your last Shield Token. Once that is done, he ends his turn.
Draw for Draw Phase.
You get Exiled Force (4/1000/1000). By the way, Goldd activated his face down card which is the Permanent Trap card Solemn Wishes which will give him 500 Life Points every time he draws a card.
Swell. Summon Exiled Force and have it attack The Unhappy Maiden so that I can get it out of the way. Once that's over, go to Main Phase 2 and sacrifice Exiled Force to destroy Brron. Then Flip Summon Old Vindictve Magician to get rid of Scarr before ending the turn.
His field is now completely empty except for his Solemn Wishes trap. As Goldd draws for his Draw Phase, his Life Points shoot up to 1500. He then plays the magic card Pot of Avarice. That card allows him to put five monsters from his graveyard back into his deck before he gets to draw two cards. He shuffles Goldd, Sillva, Zure, Broww and Brron back into his deck before getting two new cards and an additional 1000 Life Points.
Argh!
He plays the magic card Nightmare Steelcage before ending his turn. For your draw, you get Big Bang Shot (Equip Magic).
Not very helpful. Set Magician of Faith and then place Old Vindictive Magician in defense mode before ending my turn.
He draws a new card which brings his Life Points up to 3000. He doesn't seem to have anything useful for the moment so he passes. For your draw, you get Dark Hole (Normal Magic).
This isn't getting me anywhere. Flip Summon Magician of Faith to get back Pot of Greed and then play it!
You get Tsukuyomi (4/1100/1400) and Battle Fusion (Instant Magic).
Battle Fusion?
You activate this during your Battle Phase when your monster battles an opponent's monster. The attack strength of your opponent's monster gets added to your monster's attack points.
Set Battle Fusion and summon Tsukuyomi to flip Magician of Faith back down. Then end turn.
As your turn ends, Tsukuyomi returns to your hand and Goldd's Nightmare Steelcage expires. He draws a new card to bring his Life Points up to 3500 before summoning Brron, Mad King of Dark World again. He also activates a magic card called Double Attack. The magic card requires him to discard a monster as an additional cost. Then after the card is discarded, he selects one of his monsters on the field with a level lower than the one discarded. That monster can attack twice this turn. By the way, the monster he just discarded is Goldd, Wu-Lord of Dark World so he gets to Special Summon himself to the field. "Now it ends!"
Dammit!
Goldd enters his Battle Phase and makes the first attack against Old Vindictive Magician.
Activate Magician's Select!
Your trap card negates the attack and destroys Brron. With nothing further to play, Goldd ends his turn, grumbling how annoying you were. For your draw, you get Mage Power (Equip Magic). Keep in mind that at the end of Goldd's next turn, you have to discard your hand.
Flip Summon Magician of Faith to get back Pot of Greed and then play it again.
You get Chaos Field (Trap) and a second copy of Big Bang Shot (Equip Magic).
Summon Tsukuyomi to flip Magician of Faith back down. Then set Chaos Field, Mage Power, Big Bang Shot and Dark Hole before ending the turn.
You now have five face down cards and two defense monsters protecting you. Tsukuyomi returns to your hand at the end of your turn. Goldd draws a new card which raises his Life Points back to 4000 and attacks your Old Vindictive Magician. It goes boom. As he finishes his turn, you discard your hand.
So what do I get next?
You draw Chaos Emperor Dragon, Envoy of the End (8/3000/2500).
YES!!! Special Summon my badass Dragon by removing Old Vindictive Magician and Maha Vailo!
Your big fat dragon appears on the field, giving Goldd a good scare. An astounded gasp escapes Sho's lips as he lays his eyes on the powerful monster.
Flip over Mage Power and Big Bang Shot so that I can equip them to my Dragon!
Your CED now boasts very impressive stats with 5900 ATK and 5000 DEF. Plus the fact that it can pass on Battle Damage even if it attacks a monster in defense mode makes Scapegoat useless.
Enter Battle Phase! Attack Goldd with CED and activate Battle Fusion to finish this duel!!
Your monster gets an additional 2300 attack points to further boost its power to 8200 as it squashes Goldd like an ant and passes on 5900 points of Battle Damage to your opponent, sealing the win for you by the narrowest of margins.
