Setsuna's Fault: Making For Time [Episode 157363]

by Kender

"Isn't there any other choice?" Saturn asked, her lips trembling as she looked up at the other Senshi.

Mercury was clearly reluctant with her head shaking, as if she didn't like what she was going to say. "Unfortunately, if she is allowed to restart the timeline, then we wouldn't have the chance to save him anyway."

"And the thing is that she'll control our paths," Mars muttered. "So we won't even know that she did anything wrong. If we don't stop her now, we might never get the chance to do anything about it."

"I can't accept that," Moon bit out.

"What do you think that we can do? Either way, we're not going to like what we have to give up."

"Can't we find a way to do both?"

Sighing, Jupiter pursed her lips. "It's not like we can take him with us and heal him as we keep Pluto from what she's planning on doing."

Saturn and Moon looked at each other, before turning to Mercury, who gave them a cautious nod.

Pluto stood with the Time Gate standing impressively before her, and sighed to herself. She didn't like what she had been forced to do, what with the fact that she had to hurt an individual who had merely been in the wrong place, at the wrong time. However, the sight of a group of Senshi, with a catgirl version of Hotaru and the Saotome boy teleporting to a spot between her and the Gate was a bit of a surprise. The group of Senshi were kneeling around the other two, and as soon as they opened their eyes and saw where they were, both Saturn and Moon closed their eyes again. Both of them seemed to concentrate on something, though whatever it was happened to be hidden by the bodies of the others, and the flash of light that accompanied their action.

When the brightness faded, Sailor Moon slowly got to her feet, and stood there... with a crystal floating within a handspan in front of her brooch. That brought to mind another timeline where she'd faced off against some 'Outer Senshi', and the look in the blonde's eyes was fairly reminiscent of what had been there during that event. But she also had a hard edge to it this time, and it was clear that there was going to be no backing down in this encounter.

And when the reincarnated princess moved, it was so quick that she left after images of herself in her wake before she seemed to vanish. When she did 'reappear', it was in a spot that was right in front of the elder Senshi. "Pluto? We need to talk."

Something made the green haired woman take notice as she looked down at the focused expression that Sailor Moon was giving her, while:
