Nabiki nodded, agreeing to anything and wanting to answer any questions asked by this psychotic woman.
Jane smiled, enjoying that even with the slight ease in tension, the fear and confusion coming off the girl were very high. Perhaps she might discuss with her husband about getting the “engagement” transferred to this girl. She had draconic ideals and was very easy to control; a much better match for her husband than the crazy brat. “Let’s start with the bitch that saw fit to attack me from behind this morning; Ukyo.”
Nabiki nodded, feeling a bit of a chill as the drafts inside the closet passed over her urine soaked panties. “They met when they were younger. Ranma at first thought she was a boy; since Genma never explained the difference. He always told Ranma that girls were weak, but Ukyo wasn’t.
“Anyway, Genma and Ukyo’s father made a promise that she would go with them and marry Ranma when they got older. Her yahti was supposed to be the dowry.”
“I thought you humans frowned on polygamy?” asked Jane, eyes narrowed.
“He had no intention of keeping the agreement,” Nabiki quickly volunteered. “As soon as they had a shot, Genma stole the cart and left Ukyo behind. She followed them for ten years, training to kill them. Her father even made her register as a boy, and she couldn’t be returned to being registered as female unless she kills the Saotomes or marries Ranma.”
“And now she wants to marry him?” she asked, uncertain about what Ukyo’s desires were.
Nabiki nodded. “He called her cute during a battle, and she’s been after him ever since.”
“Okay. Next one.”
“Shampoo, an Amazon from China.”
“Any relation to the Musk?” asked Jane, having a special place in her heart for savages in that land.
Nabiki shook her head. “They’re ancient enemies.”
Jane fell into a dark smirk that almost made the Tendo girl lose bladder control again. Well; we shall see if they have more brains than the former enemies of theirs. “Continue.”
“When he first got cursed, they ended up stopping in her village, where he defeated her in his cursed form thanks to his father putting him into the battle to save their butts. They have some rule that if you lose to an Outsider Girl, then you have to hunt her down and kill her. If the Outsider is male, then you have to marry them.”
“So I take it he defeated her again.”
“Yes; Shampoo showed up wanting to kill girl-type Ranma, and he ended up defeating her on accident when she tried to attack Akane.”
There he goes again, protecting that ungrateful bitch. I’ll need to break him of protecting her. “So she’s out to marry him as well then. She any better than Ukyo?”
“Fighting-wise, much better than Ukyo. But she’d react about the same as her if she finds out you’re married to him.”
Jane nodded, wondering if the Amazon would need to be taught the same lesson the Musk had learned about upsetting her. “Next.”
“Kodachi Kuno. She’s very devious, likes to use poisons, surprise attacks, and any means necessary to remove any obstacles. She either doesn’t know or won’t accept that Ranma’s curse. She believes his girl side is trying to take Ranma from her, and that he loves her beyond everything else. Genma sold her a marriage agreement almost seven months ago. He was able to convince my father rather easily it was “for the good of the schools.” So he hasn’t been too upset.”
“I see,” said the human-form platinum dragon, having yet another reason to kill the panda. “Anything or anyone else?”
