Hikaru Gosunkugi had a pokegirl who was named Kodachi and who had a striking resemblence to the girl known as Tanto Noshinobi. Which one, if either, was actually the "reborn" Kodachi was unknown at present.
Ryoga Hibiki, however, was Ryoko Henderson. Due to a high speed impact from a soccer ball, she had remembered her previous life as a directionally challenged martial artist. However, as she was a normal junior high school student - her impact on any situation was uncertain at the moment.
Mousse had been "reborn" as a girl, and from Ash's casual observation - was a very girly girl. She met a bunch of her friends, went into a restaurant, and was chatting with those very friends and giggling in moments.
Shaking his head at that, Ash/Ranma did what he needed to do. Top off his supplies was first. Then return back to the Pokecenter.
He currently had his Fire/Water pokegirl, Misty. He'd also captured an apparently wild Dryad. Since he now had a plant type, he needed supplies for the care of that type of pokegirl.
He still needed more, which was...
Ranma stopped in mid-stride, then slowly turned back to stare.
Wearing a vest and pants, toiling over a hot grill, was Ukyo. Except that the Ukyo he remembered from his life as Ranma had NOT had a flat chest like that. This was Ukyo as a GUY. Which oddly jibed with the younger memories of Ranma and contrasted with the later ones, but it was still very very odd.
Before he could get in trouble for staring, Ash returned to his quest. Inside though - he was shaken. How many other familiar faces, changed slightly, were around him?
"Hey, Ash, what's wrong?"
It took a moment for Ash to realize who he was looking at. "Oh. Brock. Just... a really strong feeling of deja vu."
"Well, all the places locally look kind of similar," rationalized Brock. "Where are you heading?"
"There's a pokechow store around here somewhere," said Ash. "I need to get nutrient bars for a Dryad."
"Plants do have special needs," agreed Brock. "I specialize in rock types myself."
"Well, since I'm joining the Explorer Corps, I need a variety," said Ash.
"That looks like it there, Hiro's PokeSupplies," said Brock, pointing.
