In an abandoned warehouse in England, Minako Aino was holding back her tears after letting Alan and Katrina believe that she had been blown up. She gave a long sigh and looked down at her battered uniform. She recalled seeing a girl dressed somewhat like she was without the mask in England having a fight with someone calling himself Eagle. Minako closed one eye and a strange look came over her face.
'Why would I think of some Street Fighter now?' Minako thought
A white cat with a crescent moon on its forehead came bounding into the warehouse and looked up at Minako's face.
"Artemis, what is it?" Minako asked in a dull voice.
"One of the other Sailor Senshi has awoken. Sailor Moon," the white cat replied.
"And? Who is it?"
The cat grimaced as he replied, "A girl by the name of Sakura Kasugano. Apparently she is a Street Fighter of some sort."
"I know who she is," Minako said with a rueful smile. "She's that girl we saw fighting a couple weeks ago. At least now I know why I was worried about her."
"At any rate, she seems to being doing all right for now. Sakura has been informed that her duty is to find the Moon Princess and the Silver Crystal."
Mianko leaned back against the wall. "Mom and dad are moving back to Japan this morning. I just want to put this behind me."
"You found out that Alan and Katrina love each other?"
"Yes," Minako whispered, almost to the point of crying.
"I'm sorry about that."
Minako didn't say a word as she stood up and de-transformed from Sailor V into her civilian guise. Artemis did a back flip and a new transformation fell from the sub-space pocket. Minako picked it up and looked at it.
"V-Power! Make Up!" Minako called, and was a bit surprised nothing happened.
"This is an upgrade and it is Venus Power, not V-Power."
"Venus Power! Make Up!" Minako called out.
After a swirl of lights, Sailor V looked down at her new costume as Sailor Venus. It was much like her old one, save she had an orange skirt and the bows were missing from the back and front. A small blue scarf was tied underneath the orange sailor collar. Minako noticed that she was wearing a blue bikini underneath the skimpy sailor suit.
Artemis nodded. "As I thought. Sailor Moon's transformation affected the others."
"A little skimpier than the original Sailor Senshi costumes aren't they?" Minako asked.
"Apparently, Sailor Moon is comfortable wearing such clothing," Artemis said.
"She wears something like it all the time," Venus countered with a sigh and transformed back. "Let's go."
The moon cat and the blonde haired girl quickly left the warehouse and headed home. Early in the morning, the Aino family left England and headed back to Japan. After they arrived and unpacked, Minako decided to watch Sakura for a bit. After seeing one of the Street Fights she got into, Minako grimaced and quickly started practicing her own kludged together style. Artemis just shook his head and waited to see when the other Senshi would wake up.

In a house in Tokyo, Setsuna Meio felt a tingle go through and frowned. She set her cup of green teas down and thought about what was going on.
"Venus should be heading back to Tokyo about now. Luna should have woken Sailor Moon up. I'd better check the Time Gates. Setsuna's transformation pen appeared in her hand.
"Pluto Planet Power! Make Up!"
After a swirl of purple light, Sailor Pluto now stood ready. She was about to leave for the Time Gates when she caught her reflection in a full-bodied mirror. Pluto stared in shock at her Senshi outfit. The skirt was black, but it seemed as if it could be moved by the wind far easier than her previous skirt and with a slight gust from an open window it flapped up and revealed brown panties or the bottom of a bikini. Pluto moved her hand to her waist and felt her bare mid-riff. Instead of a ribbon on her chest, there was a brown scarf hanging from her neck.
"I didn't think the outfits could get more revealing, or the skirts any shorter," Pluto muttered with a blush.
She quickly vanished to the Time Gates and checked on the awakening of Sailor Moon. She groaned as she saw what her princess wore normally and what her Sailor Senshi outfit looked like.
"Princess, your transformation affected the rest of us. Now, I'm going to have to get used to wearing this outfit," Sailor Pluto muttered.
Pluto shook her head and then stared as she saw how easily Sailor Moon defeated the Youma. Curious, she reviewed the events in Sakura's life. Pluto's mouth dropped in horror as she watched her princess get into fights with incredibly powerful men.
"How could I have missed her putting her life in danger like that?" Pluto asked with a very shaky voice.
Sailor Pluto teleported back to her home and de-transformed. She stared into her cup of green tea for a long time, as she contemplated Sakura's past.
"I failed my princess. How do I make amends?" Setsuna whispered.
