From her vantage point up on a nearby building, she just thanked the sense that had made her stay in her 'Windy' form. As soon as she'd arrived, she'd seen that the two fighters weren't exactly the careful sort. Sure, they'd keep away from hurting people if they could, even though that first attack had apparently not been something that was exactly controlled. But it was clear that property damage wasn't something that would be avoided at this juncture.
Obviously, the fight itself wasn't going to be stopped either, as the boy who'd first attacked first decided that he'd charge in, apparently unaware of what was swirling around his opponent.
"RAAAAA!" Ryoga bellowed as he charged forward, raising his umbrella into position to swing it into a strike.
"Ooooh!" the girl with the microphone commented as she grinned broadly. "It looks like Hibiki isn't going to be backing down!"
The Principal raised a brow. "Charging in shows that he's not intimidated."
"It isn't going to work though," Genma said, dismissing the attack.
"Akai Kiba!" Kusanagi called out, sending a fist with fire blazing around it into the chin of the other boy, sending him flying back to land with the sound of breaking concrete coming up when he hit the ground.
"See?"
The announcer girl's eyes widened, and she shoved her microphone into Genma's face. "How did you know that would happen?!"
"Simple. A charge like that only works on an unprepared enemy, and that other boy wasn't unprepared. So, there was only one possible result," the portly man commented, nodding sagely to himself.
Haruka found herself rather unimpressed by the man, even though she couldn't understand why. She wasn't too sure about it, but she thought that he might be the sort of guy who was all talk, and no real action. However, she was interested him for a different reason, as he had the same family name as Ranma did. It was entirely possible that it was a coincidence, but she was reasonably certain that wasn't the case.
"And now the boy will get up...." Genma said.... as Hibiki, who hadn't stopped moving, pulled himself back up.
The transformed Senshi considered him to be a bit of an idiot at that moment. Then again, she didn't have much respect for the intellects of the two fighters, as they were obviously brawler types, and neither one was much for any shows of skills or strategy.
Sighing to herself, she watched the fight go on, while:
